Tabitha Intschert, LCSW, PYT

For over two decades, I've had the privilege of supporting youth, adolescents, and adults through some of life's hardest chapters — anxiety, depression, grief, and navigating big transitions.

My belief is simple: In therapy, before any technique or tool, what matters most is feeling truly heard in a space free of judgment. That's what I work to create — a warm, steady place where you can set down what you've been carrying and begin to breathe again.

I bring together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and yoga therapy so we can care for both your mind and your body. Some people come for practical tools to manage anxiety; others to process loss, support a struggling teen, or simply feel more like themselves. Wherever you're starting, we'll go at your pace.
